Fira Valentine’s Day 2021 med Essie

Alla hjärtans dag är precis runt hörnet så idag tänkte jag att vi skulle ta oss en titt på Essie Valentine’s day 2021.

Valentine’s day 2021 kollektionen från Essie innehåller sex stycken lack. Fem skimmerlack och ett cremelack. Jag måste säga att jag verkligen gillar årets alla hjärtans dag kollektion.
Lacken i kollektionen är:
- Glow and Arrow (ljust skimmer lack i kallt rosalila)
- Heart of Gold (kallt guldigt skimmer lack)
- Gilded Goddess (dämpad mörkrosa skimmer)
- Cupid’s Beau (korallfärgat skimmer)
- Love is in the Air (plommonlila skimmer)
- Tug at the harpstring (dämpat röd creme)
Mina absoluta favoriter i kollektionen är Cupid’s beau och Glow and Arrow. Glow and Arrow är dock så skirt att jag troligtvis mest kommer att använda det över ett annat lack.
Alla lacken har en trevlig, lättarbetad formula och förutom Glow and Arrow täcker de fint i två tunna lager. Gilded Godess är dock målad i tre tunna lager här ovan.
De här lacken ser jag fram emot att leka mer med framöver.

Så här såg 2019 års Valentine’s Day collection ut.
Today I thought we’d take a look at a limited edition collection from Essie.
The collection in question is the Valentine’s day 2021 collection. This collection from Essie contains six nail polishes. Five shimmer polishes and one cream polish. I have to say that I really like this year’s Valentine’s Day collection.
The shades are:
- Glow and Arrow (light cold pinkish purple shimmer)
- Heart of Gold (cold gold shimmer)
- Gilded Goddess (muted dark pink shimmer)
- Cupid’s Beau (coral shimmer)
- Love is in the Air (plum shimmer)
- Tug at the harpstring (muted red creme)
My absolute favorites in the collection are Cupid’s beau and Glow and Arrow. However, Glow and Arrow is so sheer that I will probably mostly use it over another polish.
All polishes have a nice, easy-to-work-with formula and in addition to Glow and Arrow, they cover nicely in two thin coats. With that said, Gilded Godess is painted in three thin coats in the swatches above.
I look forward to playing with these polishes a bit more in the future.
