Twill Seeker från Essie gel couture

Twill Seeker från essie gel couture pryder mina naglar idag. Gel couture är en ny gelliknande formula i två steg från essie som ska hålla i upp till 12 dagar. Formen på flaskan är inspirerad av åtråvärda, virvlanden klänningar från modevärldens runway. Penseln har snurrat skaft och avmalnande borste med kurvad tip som ska ge perfekt täckning och följa nagelns form för perfekt resultat.
essie gel couture kommer i 28 nya färger uppdelade i fyra olika kategorier Atelier – The Neutrals (9 lack), First look – The Pastels (4 lack), Runway – The brights (9 lack) och After Party – The Deeps (6 lack). essie gel couture finns i Sverige sedan maj 2016. När jag fick hem dessa lack fastnade jag genast för Twill Seeker ett vacker lila duochrome lack med diskret grönt skimmer. Av skäl som jag inte förstår så hör lacket Twill Seeker till Atelier lacken det vill säga The Neutrals.
essie gel couture är ett två stegs system med lack och ett speciellt top coat. Inget underlack behövs alltså med varning för att jag har hört att vissa av lacken kan missfärga naglarna så jag har ändå använt underlack.

Twill Seeker är kanske inte direkt någon sommarfärg men det var ändå det jag fastnade för först för det stack ut lite. Både pensel och formula var trevliga att jobba med. Hur bra hållbarheten är kan jag däremot inte uttala mig om än. Jag återkommer om det. Tills dess kan ni se vad Sofie tyckte om Take me to the Thread som hon testat, eller läs om hur länge Rock The Runway höll för Hilde eller varför inte spana in Spool me over som Linda testat?
Today I have Twill Seeker from essie gel couture on my nails. Gel couture is a new top step gel like formula from Essie that’s suppose to last for up to 12 days. The shape of the bottle is inspired by the covetable, twirling dresses of the fashion runway. The brush has a patent-pending swirl stem brush with a tapered cut brush that’s suppose to give perfect coverage and follow the curvature of the nail for a flawless result.
essie gel couture comes in 28 new shades (in Sweden) that are divided in to four different categories. Atelier- The Neuatrals (9 shades), First Look- The Pastels (4 shades), Runway – The Brights (9 shades) and After Party- The Deeps (6 shades). Essie gel couture is available in Sweden since May 2016. When I got these sent to me I immediately fell for Twill Seeker. A beautiful dark purple duo chrome with a discrete green shimmer. For some reason Twill Seeker is from the Atelier colors. The Neutrals that is. This isn’t exactly a neutral in my world.
essie gel couture is a two step system with polish and a special top coat. No base coat is needed but I have heard that some shades can stain your nails so I’m wearing a base coat anyway.

Twill Seeker might not be a summer shade but it was still the shade I fell for first because it stands out a bit. Both brush and formula are nice to work with. How long it last I don’t know yet. I will get back to you on that matter. Until then you might want to see what Sofie thought about Take me on the thread that she have tried, or why not read about how long Rock The Runway lasted for Hilde or see what Linda thought about Spool me over?

Yes the design is gorgeous but the bottles takes up a bit more space. 🙂 It’s a perfect fall color.
