Månadens recension: Pixi Glow 02 Oxygen Mask

För månadens recension har jag testar Pixi Glow 02 Oxygen Mask. Jag har testat den här två gånger i veckan sedan de sista veckorna i april för att både se direkt resultat av masken och eventuellt resultat efter en tids regelbunden användning.

Vad är grejen? Pixi Glow 02 Oxygen Mask är en bubblande mask som ska återupprätta trött och matt hud och ge en omedelbart uppiggande effekt. Därigenom ska den passa perfekt inför ett stort event eller innan du applicerar makeup.

Vad finns i den? Masken innehåller probiotika som ska hjälpa till att bygga upp hudbarriären. Koffein som ska hjälpa mot svullnad och ge energi till huden (läs om koffein i hud vård i Daisy Beauty nr 4 2017). Samt röd ginseng som ska ljusa upp och göra huden klarare.

Hur gör jag? Jag applicerar masken på ren och torr hud (inte runt ögonen) och låter den verka i 2-3 minuter.

Vad tycker jag? Masken ska kunna pirra lite men det är inget jag märkte av. Det är en bubblande mask men till skillnad från andra sådana jag testat så har Pixi Glow 02 Oxygen Mask ett väldigt stillsamt bubblande som inte kittlas.

Jag gillar att masken bara ska sitta på 2-3 minuter. Perfekt för en snabb pick me up. Masken ska användas en gång i veckan eller vid behov. Jag har som sagt använt den två gånger i veckan.

Jag tycker att huden blir lite klarare och ser lite piggare ut efter användning men jag såg inget markant resultat. Efters mer regelbunden användning har huden hållit sig lite klarare och finare. Jag tycker att det är en trevlig mask och kan absolut tänka mig att använda den innan ett stort event eller på morgonen de dagar huden ser lite extra trött och tråkig ut men det är inte en produkt jag inte kan leva utan. Resultatet blir inte så väldigt tydligt.

Pris: £26.00/50 ml (£ 0.52/ml). Jag hittade den inte i Sverige så vet inte pris här. Den verkar vara nya så det är möjligt att det är därför jag inte hittar den här.

For my review of the month I’ve been trying the Pixi Glow 02 Oxygen Mask. I’ve been using it two times a week since the last two weeks of April so that I would be able to see both direct result and any possible result from a more frequent use.

What is it? Pixi Glow 02 Oxygen Mask is a bubbly oxygen mask that’s supposed to revive dull, tired skin, providing an immediate anti-fatigue effect. It’s supposed to be perfect to use before a big event or before makeup.

What’s in it? Oxygen complex, vitamins, ginseng, caffeine and antioxidants replenish. Probiotic lactococcus ferment lysate strengthens skin & lactic acid detoxifies.

How do I use it? I apply the mask to clean and dry skin avoiding the eye area and after 2-3 minutes I rinse it off.

What’s my opinion? You might experience a light tingling sensation, that’s normal. I can’t say I had any experience of that. This is a bubbling mask but compared to other bubbling masks I’ve tried the Pixi Glow 02 Oxygen Mask bubbles very gently. You almost don’t feel the bubbling.

I like the fact that the mask is supposed to be rinsed off after only 2-3 minutes m. It’s perfect for a fast pick me up. The mask is supposed to be used once a week or when needed. I’ve used it twice a week during this period.

I do experience that my skin looks a bit brighter and less dull and tired after use but it’s not a very noticeable result. I do think that this is a nice mask. I can see myself using this before a big event or on days when my skin looks dull and tired but it’s not a product I can’t live without.
